My practice utilises a number of therapeutic approaches with the intention to address an individuals particular needs. Some of these include Cognitive Behaviour therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation. All of which are evidence-based treatments.
