My approach

My practice utilises a number of therapeutic approaches with the intention to address an individuals particular needs. Some of these include Cognitive Behaviour therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma focused techniques, Brainspotting-a neurobiophysical resource, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation. All of which are evidence-based treatments.
